Volunteer and Internship Opportunities:

Do you love technology old and new? Did you devote your life to a specialty and would like to pass on your knowledge? Or perhaps you just like teaching and connecting with others?

Whether you are looking to get experience on your resume, or are enjoying retirement the Edison Tech Center has volunteer positions of every kind:

Behind the Scenes: There are volunteer positions available for those who like to build, tinker, research and write papers as part of our efforts.

Connecting with people: If you like connecting with people of all ages, or have a natural teaching ability one can help as a docent during public hours, or during group visits. Communicate your energy and passion for engineering and discovery to the newest generations, and reminisce with older generations.

Project Based Volunteerships: You can focus on one particular project weekly in an area of interest. Currently we need help with displays and online material about: Radio, Audio Recording, Television, Vacuum Tubes, Automatic Control, Chemistry and Materials, Electric Vehicles, Computers and Semiconductors.
